Solution
The new Ruangguru for Business landing page is a UI design initiation for Business Team's needs, for exposure to other RuangGuru for Business (RGFB) or B2B products such as: Skill acedemy, English academy & RuangGuru Private
Result
Currently, the Ruangguru for Business landing page is live at ruangguru.com/bisnis. This is the front line for the business team to increase sales with the enterprise/company market because this is a new product for Ruangguru that accommodates several existing products.
UX RESEARCH JOURNEY
1. Empathize
In this process we discuss with the business team to get the context of the problem. The business team provides a brief document regarding the initial hypothesis of the problem.
2. Define & Ideate
After getting the brief, the product designer team conducted a discussion followed by research to define the problem statement so that later in the ideate phase they could find an initial solution that could answer the problem.
3. Research
In the next stage, we conducted research on several client companies that use RGFB products. In addition, we also do benchmarking with competitor analysis
4. Analyze
At this stage we conduct an in-depth analysis of competitors who have previously conducted research. At this stage we also collect insights that can be used as points for solutions
5. Wireframes
With the insight that has been obtained, we implement it into a wireframe
6.High Fidelity
We make Wireframe the main foundation for designing landing pages with several design iterations.
7. Presents
The last stage is testing and presenting to the business team and stakeholders with the design solutions that have been made. The goal is to find out whether the solutions that have been designed can answer the existing problems
MY CONTRIBUTION
In this project I am involved in collaboration on end-to-end process. Execute content briefs that have been prepared by the Business Team. My roles & responsibilities : User Research & Analysis, User Flow, Complete the wireframe, Documentation, Prepare for assets, Knowledge transfer for the visual approach to UI design.
CONCLUSION & REFLECTION
This has been one of the best work experiences I have had involved in an important project in making a landing page from scratch at one of the big startups in Indonesia.Experience in presenting to stakeholders such as business managers is also a part of my personal development in communication and presenting skills.
