Services Provided
I provide freelance design and growth-related services, including but not limited to brand identity design, UI/UX design, website and landing page design, Webflow or Framer development, pitch decks, marketing assets, copywriting support, analytics setup, and creative strategy (collectively, the "Services").
Services may be offered as one-time projects or as part of an ongoing monthly subscription. All Services are delivered digitally and are available to clients worldwide.
2. Scope of Work
The scope of work is defined by the agreed deliverables, written communication, or subscription plan selected at the time of engagement.
For subscription-based Services:
You may submit an unlimited number of requests unless stated otherwise.
Requests are completed sequentially, with one active request worked on at a time.
Additional requests remain queued until the active request is completed.
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on complexity and workload.
Revisions are included provided they remain within the scope of the original request and do not constitute a new task.
Unlimited requests do not mean unlimited simultaneous delivery or unreasonable volume within a single request.
I reserve the right to refuse, restructure, or discontinue requests that are illegal, unethical, abusive, or outside reasonable service boundaries.
3. Payments and Fees
All fees must be paid in advance before work begins. Prices are listed in the agreed currency and exclude any applicable third-party fees.
For subscriptions, billing is recurring on a monthly basis unless paused or cancelled. You are responsible for ensuring valid payment information is on file.
All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
4. Pause and Cancellation
Subscription services may be paused or cancelled at any time through written notice or the relevant platform used for billing.
Pausing a subscription stops future billing until resumed. Cancelling a subscription ends access to future Services at the conclusion of the current billing cycle.
Unused time, requests, or credits are not refundable unless agreed in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required to perform the Services.
Respond to feedback requests, approvals, and questions in a reasonable timeframe.
Ensure that all content, materials, and instructions you provide do not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
Primary communication will take place through agreed channels such as Slack, Discord, or a shared task board.
Delays caused by missing information or late feedback may impact delivery timelines.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment of all applicable fees, you are granted full ownership of the final, approved deliverables created specifically for you.
You acknowledge that preliminary concepts, drafts, and unused materials remain my intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
I retain the right to display completed work in my portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless confidentiality is requested in writing prior to project start.
7. Third-Party Services and Tools
Certain Services may rely on third-party platforms such as Figma, Webflow, Framer, analytics tools, or hosting providers. I am not responsible for outages, limitations, pricing changes, or performance issues caused by third-party services.
Any third-party fees are your responsibility unless explicitly included.
8. Confidentiality
Any non-public business, product, or technical information shared during the engagement will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available or independently obtained.
9. No Guarantees
While I strive to deliver high-quality work, I do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to business growth, revenue, conversions, or performance metrics.
Outcomes depend on many factors beyond my control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the Services.
My total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services during the most recent billing period.
11. Termination of Services
I reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services immediately in the event of non-payment, abusive behavior, misuse of Services, or violation of these Terms.
Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred prior to termination.
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between you and me.
12. Modifications to Terms
I may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
I am not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to service outages, illness, or third-party platform failures.
By purchasing, accessing, or continuing to use the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
